After almost 17 years as a President & CEO – and serving the company for about 37 years – Werner M. Dornscheidt will now resign from his office on 30 June 2020.

Messe Duesseldorf celebrates the 40th anniversary of its Moscow subsidiary. By opening the official representation on 15 October 1979 it laid the foundation for its success story on the Russian market. 2002 saw the subsidiary Messe Duesseldorf Moscow being established, which today employs 49 members of staff and organises 14 trade fairs and trade fair participations in Moscow, Novokuznetsk, Kazan, Ufa and Yekaterinburg.
