Delta Pak Russia has invested in an MDO inline 5-layer blown film line from Hosokawa Alpine. The line will soon produce fully recyclable films.

Full PE packaging made of monoaxial oriented MDO film is not only recyclable, but also meets the highest mechanical and optical quality standards. In close cooperation with Delta Pak, Alpine's blown film experts have designed a customised line for optimal MDO films.

Dow has supported the development with tailormade polyethylene resin know-how and testing for efficient machinability.

DeltaPack from Rossosh, Russia, is one of the industry leaders with over 20 years of experience in the production of flexible packaging. Employing more than 200 packaging specialists, the company covers the entire production process from film extrusion to printing, lamination and bag production (stand up and side gusset pouches, 3 side sealed and shaped bags).
