Feige FILLING presents the energy-optimized automated drum filling system

At the interpack 2020, Feige FILLING will present the INTEGRA® 86, a fully automated filling system which offers enhanced performance and safety while significantly reducing the energy input. Together with the HAVER & BOECKER technology affiliates BEHN + BATES and HAVER Automation, FEIGE is joining the company-wide initiative “Perfect flow for our blue planet” for a more careful use of materials and resources.

The stainless steel high-end machine convinces with six work stations which allow a high filling rate of up to 100 drums per hour. Powerful features such as the touch panel with enhanced user comfort, remote control via hand-held device, the new electronic quality as- sessment FEIGE FLOW Reader and many more are comprised in the unit. The innovative track-your-plant software “QUAT2RO® System Monitoring” provides for added control.

Technologies which save energy

Furthermore, the INTEGRA® 86 fascinates with new technical features which optimize the energy input : The lifting units of the filling units are now operated electrically instead of using energy- and cost-intensive compressed air - which also allows more flexible posi- tioning. The servo bunging tool, the new component for torque control, is now also driven electrically instead of pneumatically.

A new LED lighting concept does not only bring more light but also more energy efficien- cy. The integrated VPN access of the INTEGRA series furthermore im-proves its climate friendliness: The virtual communication network allows remote maintenance and support, making a lot of climate-wrecking air travel redundant and saving labor costs. Last but not least, a third lock gate ensures added safety: It shuts off the sealed area, offering operators and the environment additional protection.

60 years HAVER & BOECKER ROTO-PACKER® – the original

The 4-nozzle packer is specifically designed for filling materials and minerals in powder form in sealed, sustainable PE drums.

ROTO-PACKER® SEAL Edition by BEHN + BATES for food products in powder form BEHN + BATES, premium supplier for filling machines for industrial food production, is awa- re of the high hygiene requirements in the food industry and offers solutions in compliance with this standard. The ROTO-PACKER® for filling products in powder form into valve bags guarantees clean and safe food packaging and a high filling volume. The machine can be equipped with up to 10 filling nozzles, filling up to 2000 bags per hour.
