What's on the back of your die cut lid?
The elaborated technology is provided for the players of the dairy market. At the exhibition "Dairy and Meat Industry" the Packaging Factory MILK will introduce its customers a new printing possibilities: drawing an image on the inner side of the die cut lid.
First of all, the talk is about promo codes. The company implemented a new equipment that allows to print variable data. Food producers traditionally use applying promo codes on conducting shares - as a rule, prize drawing among customers.
Technologists of the Packaging Factory MILK had to find a production method that allows printing on the inner side of the die cut lid and at the same time, not allowing paint and product to come in contact.
Now the promo code is applied by a special paint composition that is safe for the person, and the probability of its getting into product is now excluded due to know-how of the Tula company.
The created solution will allow to put other information (for example, recipes for dishes) on the back side of die cut lids and roll foil. We remind, that earlier the company announced a presentation at the exhibition of technology for premium segment products: application of the customer's logo on the back of the die cut lid, formed by elegant dots of heat-seal lacquer.
