Prepared dishes assembly machinery line PAO-SQ

Pack Line Ltd developed and started to manufacture wide range of assembly lines intended for prepared dishes and multi-component half-prepared food.

The products’ packaging includes previous vacuuming and modified atmosphere in the packing. The equipment is customized in accordance with the customer’s technical specification.

The product packaging can be performed using different shape and sizes plastic containers as well as aluminum foil containers, including ready cap’s sealing and its tighten (for the on-board food).

Pack Line Ltd offers different lines, including necessary devices, specific automation processes, different working places’ quantity and different types and quantity of filling units, and all these parameters are depended on the products’ ingredients, required production rate and the product technology requirements.

The lines construction provides transfer to 2 or 3 different packages shapes and sizes during few minutes.

The main drivers of the line are equipped with servo-motors.

The full line operation as well as the line parameters setting is performed from the joint operation panel.

The operation system provides the full diagnostics of all equipment’s faults.

Containers’ sealing

For plastic containers: Container’s sealing with the membrane cut from the roll, including photo mark.

For aluminum foil containers (for the on-board food)

The cap tighten along the container’s edge.

Output: 30-120 pieces per minute

The lines structure and kitting-up

The product feeding lines are provided with:

• mounting of different stationary or outside on-roll fillers for different ingridients.
• protection “apron’s” mounting at the manual feeding position
• active weight control of each container, including an automatic providing of the high accuracy of the ready product’s specified control weight
• fast transfer to the different containers shape and sizes
• printer for the changeable parameters
• combined supply with the labeling equipment
• combines supply with the equipment intended for the ready product placing into cartons.
• Group packing equipment for the ready product.
