ROSUPAK 2010 – all about processing and packaging!

The 15th International specialized exhibition ROSUPAK 2010 will be held in Moscow from June 15 till 18, 2010 at the “Crocus Expo” International exhibition center, pavilion 1. The event is organized by MVK International Exhibition Company under the auspices of the Moscow Government, Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and endorsed by the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The National Confederation of Packagers and the “Packmash” Association provide support to the exhibition.

ROSUPAK exhibition is the largest industry event of the packaging market not only in Russia, but throughout the entire Eastern Europe. This project represents all segments of the industry: packing machinery and technology, food and processing equipment, solutions for manufacturing and design of packaging, packaging equipment, packaging materials, containers and finished packaging for all industries. Over the course of 15 years of its existence, the exhibition gained high international prestige and recognition due to the wide involvement of the exhibitors and visitors and compliance with high international standards.

ROSUPAK is a truly international exhibition as over 25% of its participants are foreign companies representing tens of countries of the world. This year, besides multiple foreign participants, we would like to present some national expositions. French exposition, put together and demonstrated by the French department of export development, brings to the attention of the visitors high-quality equipment for the manufacturing of specialty packaging products, tubes and barrels, converting lines for the production of flexible packaging, equipment for production of paper bags, materials for thermoforming, plastic processing machines and much more. European quality and modern advanced engineering developments, implemented into production and applied in the industry, enable French companies to stand on the same level with the world industry leaders. The program of events within ROSUPAK 2010, being full of educational opportunities and business interaction, is a key event: the Third International Business Forum on “Strategic solutions for the Russian packaging industry” which focuses on the development trends of the packaging industry (organizer: Congress Exhibition Company Imperia supported by MVK and National Packaging Confederation). Within the frame of the exhibition, the following events will also take place: scientific and practical conference “Logistics and delivery management: business efficiency increasing” (organizers: Мizunov Media Group, the Coordinating Council for Logistics with the support of MVK); master class titled “Packaging that pushes sales. Packaging design as a tool for marketing strategy realization”; conference featuring “Presentation of Kafrit and CONSTAB products”; seminar on “Secrets of how to attract new clients”; conference on “Application of industrial automative systems for packaging machinery”; scientific and practical conference on “Eco-design and innovations in packaging industry”; seminar on “Revolutionary technology for manufacturing flexographic forms from Kodak” as well as other specialized conferences, seminars, presentations and round tables. During all days of the exhibition, there will be free consultations for the professionals conducted in the Information-consulting centre (Hall 1).

“Grand Star Russia – 2010”, the national contest for the best packaging, organized by the National Packaging Confederation together with MVK International exhibition company, is going to be an important component of the business program of the exhibition. The contest traditionally attracts participants from different regions of the Russian Federation and CIS. On June 15, 2010 the awarding ceremony of the winners and laureates of the contest will be held at “Crocus Expo”.

ROSUPAK is an exhibition for a wide range of consumers. Today packaging is not only the means of storing and transporting goods, but also an advertising tool allowing conquering markets and developing retail sales techniques.
