The easy way to enjoy pudding

Greiner Packaging optimised the packaging of the traditional flan for Swiss Migros (ELSA Estavayer Lait SA). A hole in the cup bottom which is closed with an aluminium sealing significantly improves its serving properties. The sleeved duo- and six-packs are targeted at various groups of consumers.

Pudding gourmets know: Demoulding and turning out the pudding increases the enjoyment factor. However, this special challenge cannot always be fulfilled to one’s satisfaction.

Greiner Packaging has been using a simple system to optimise the demoulding and turning process. There is a hole in the bottom of the container closed with an aluminium seal. As soon as the seal has been torn off after turning out the pudding, air streams in and the dessert slides smoothly out of the container.

The functional pudding packaging is used for the first time for the traditional flan of Swiss Migros. Since the beginning of 2008, this pudding product which is made according to its traditional recipe has been available in the new packaging. It is offered in various flavours: Chocolat, Chocolat light and Caramel.

The flan container holds 125 grams and is made of PS. The container is closed with an aluminium seal. With the duo- and six-packs, Migros caters for the needs of different target groups. Whereas the smaller variant is ideal for singles or smaller households, the six-packs fulfils the needs of families. The packaging is sleeved. This decoration variant allows for both print and colour brilliance.
