Multifunctional Dosing and Filling at the Interpack

In order to meet a wide range of customer requirements with regard to the adaptation to packaging size, process safety and hygiene, ViscoTec presented its range of dispensers for demanding pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food applications at the Interpack exhibition in Duesseldorf.

Ordinary piston fillers quickly reach their limits, particularly when it comes to the dosing of difficult products. Decorating tasks in the food industry or mastering the hygienic filling of pharmaceutical fluids is a routine task for ViscoTec’s sophisticated endless-piston technology. A precise and pulsation-free product flow is guaranteed thanks to this pump technology. The product is guided extremely gently by the special rotor-stator geometry. The VPHD and VHD series of dosing pumps are perfectly suited for complex dosages (up to 0.2ml) in complex processes due to their small design and easy handling.

ViscoTec systems are designed for complex decorating and filling applications. Simple operation and maintenance, along with high flexibility, makes the dosing systems suitable for a wide range of products. They are particularly suitable for free-flowing, paste-like and highly viscous products, and they can be used to control product variations and to reliably avoid contamination.
