Packing PET keg of Beer in Wrap Around case for a market leader in Netherlands

We have recently installed a Wrap Around case packer in Dommelen (Netherlands) on a PET keg line.

The new line is able to handle 12 liters PET keg at a rate of 600 kegs per hour. But our WB45 packer can even reach a capacity up to 1 100 kegs per hour, meaning 18 cases per minute.

The machine is sized to handle a keg from 6 liters up to 18 liters in the future.

Kegs are packed into a robust Wrap Around case with double fluting in order to support the load.

To be compliant with beer environment and the specifications of this world beer leader’s, the machine features a stainless steel frame and protection against corrosion.
