The new touch protection ConnectorCover

With the new touch protection ConnectorCover, the Robatech hotmelt application systems are fully insulated – from melting device to applicator head. This increases operator safety and reduces heat radiation at the joints.

The ConnectorCovers are part of our proven GreenLine family. They feature heat-resistant CoolTouch insulation, which significantly increases operational safety and ensures a sustainable and resource-friendly production.

The touch protection ConnectorCovercovers the heated hose bolting connections and fulfills two important functions. On the one hand, it protects the operator against burns on contact with the heated hose. On the other hand, it reduces the heat loss at the joints to melting device and applicator heads. To cover all installation situations, the ConnectorCover is available in different design versions.

Thanks to the new touch protection ConnectorCover, the complete system – from melting device to applicator head –is now CoolTouch-insulated. Operator protection was increased yet again and heat emission reduced. This significantly reduces the risk of burns, the adhesive is processed more gently, and energy is saved.
